Composition:\
Esomeprazole 40 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat conditions caused by excess stomach acid, including acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach and duodenal ulcers, and inflammation of the food pipe (oesophagitis). It may also be used with antibiotics to help treat _H. pylori_ infection and to prevent certain ulcers caused by pain-relieving medicines, as prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually at least 1 hour before a meal. Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with water. Do not crush or chew it unless specifically advised. Complete the prescribed course.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have severe liver problems, osteoporosis, low magnesium or vitamin B12 levels, or a history of an allergic reaction to proton pump inhibitors. Seek medical advice for unexplained weight loss, difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting, vomiting blood, or black stools. Long-term use may require monitoring of certain nutrients and minerals.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, and gas. Seek medical attention if you develop severe or persistent diarrhoea, muscle cramps, unusual weakness, rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking esomeprazole.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medicine in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Use esomeprazole only as directed by your doctor. Inform your doctor about all medicines you take, as esomeprazole can interact with certain medicines. Do not use it continuously for prolonged periods without medical advice.
